Exact cost of your return shipping and handling will be calculated after you submit your order. The size and quantity of material you send to us affects return shipping cost. (Average S&H is $15 for Ground and $25 for 2 to 3 day). We will provide you with a USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking number for your package via email. We normally use UPS unless you request another return shipper. Deliveries to Post Office boxes can only be shipped through USPS.If you are shipping to us by USPS Priority Mail don't expect fast delivery - this method is often slower than most would expect (any where from 2 to 6 days).
Please notify us of your shipper and expected date of delivery to us. Your original material and your DVD products will be shipped back to you by the method you select . We will keep a copy of your DVD on hand long enough to ensure that your DVD has reached you safely. We also keep the individual digital images used to make your video until we see that your package including your originals has been delivered to you.
To protect your photos, a UPS representative suggests placing pictures between double thick cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a firm box.
