 Having Trouble Viewing Our Photos to Video DVD Samples?
1, Missing or Old Video Player - We use the most common video player, the same one that YouTube uses. If you cannot see our videos, then we suggest you download the latest version of the free Adobe Flash Player at this location . Restart your computer following installation. 2. Browser Incompatible with Video Player: If after downloading this player you still can't see our videos, then make sure you have the latest version of your browser and if not, download and install the newest browser. For example, some older versions of Explorer will not work with the latest Adobe player. Restart your computer. 3. JAVA Not Installed or Not Enabled: To view our videos you also need to have JAVA enabled in your browser. Most browsers are capable of running JAVA, but this support may be disabled on your computer. To correct this, enable JAVA under your browser "Tools", "Internet Options", "Advanced" tab. Look for JAVA and click the box to enable. 4. Slow Internet Line or Computer: You must have an internet connection as fast as DSL or cable. If you are still having trouble, your computer may be overloaded, so try closing down other programs that you have running so they don't compete for your computer's resources. If the video is jumpy, that is your computer trying to keep up - our videos are smooth. Downloading and playing video is the heaviest load most computers will ever encounter. Also you may try refreshing your browser page.
